SICO gateway: nets need to be connected

Comparable to the cooperation within the mobile network the SICO-Net creates connections to other nets and systems.

Even if intrinsic SICO features may get lost across net borders – for instance classical systems do not support digital signatures or encryption mechanisms – the main goal is still achieved: the electronic transmission of structured documents.

Many classic EDI users are reached over one-time established SICO gateways. Apart from companies such as Festo and Siemens also large trade chains like Metro, Rewe, EDEKA, and Markant are among those reached by SICO gateways.
