Are the documents I send legally binding?

In accordance with the law on the general regulations for digital signatures (signature law) it is possible to send documents with SICO that are provided with both an "advanced digital signature" or a "qualified digital signature". The "qualified digital signature" is equal to a handwritten signature.

Thus, all the documents transmitted with SICO which carry a "qualified digital signature" are legally binding.
