What is an advanced digital signature?

According to the Signature Law  a signature is an advanced digital signature if it complies with the following requirements:

  • The signature is assigned exclusively to the signer.
  • It allows the identification of the signer.
  • It is created with means that are under the exclusive control of the signer.
  • It is tightly linked with the data it refers to. A subsequent change of the data is not possible.

SICO-Users receive the certificate for the advanced digital signature from the actina-interchange AG free of charge.

Documents thus digitally signed are not deniable.
