What happens when a document gets lost?A document that has been sent with SICO is stored securely on the SICO-Server until it is retrieved by the recipient. A notice of receipt is sent automatically to the sender when the server receives the document or the recipient retrieves it. It is impossible to turn off the automatic receipt system. Thus the documents have the character and the features of a registered mail with a return receipt. It is therefore impossible for the document to "disappear". |
